Tasting Notes
Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
This blend has been produced from Sauvignon Blanc fruit grown in a Pemberton vineyard and Semillon from the Ferguson Valley in the Geographe region. The aroma of this wine shows lifted kiwifruit, pineapple and white peach whilst the flavours are of lemon, lime and pink lady apples. The crisp acid finish compliments the wine and makes it most enjoyable with most foods.

Sauvignon Blanc
This is another example of the excellent Sauvignon Blanc fruit that comes out of the Pemberton area. The strong vanilla aromas are of gooseberry, passionfruit and lemon zest and are followed by a richly flavoured lemon and limes on the palate. Crisp acidity gives the wine length and generosity.

Shiraz
A premium Pemberton shiraz that shows dark berry, licorice and plum on the nose. This is a full bodied wine that displays dark fruits, raspberry and spicy notes on the palate. Oak and nutty flavours are prominent and it has developed good intensity of fruit and shows fine grain tannins. Will cellar for 3-8 years.

Merlot
this wine has been matured in new and used French oak it shows cinnamon and ripe fruit characters which layer to form a soft round mouth feel. The palate reflects the aroma and is refined and elegant with a lingering finish. Smooth and ready now, but will develop further if gently cellared for 4-6 years or more.

Chardonnay
there was no oak maturation of this wine. It shows stonefruit aromas of peach and nectarine with subtle mineral nuances. The palate shows rich fruit with good texture supported by balanced acidity leading to a clean lingering fruit and mineral finish

Rose
crisp, fairly dry rose, the colour of the dawn sky, this wine is made from Pemberton shiraz grapes and shows a light spiciness of this great variety through the blackberry aromas and cherry laced crispness.
