 The Pemberley of Pemberton range is a series of Pemberley vineyard blends that reflect our love of the fruit;

whilst the D&V  Pemberley Wines are single patch wines representing the peak reflection of regional and varietal expression.

Sunset Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

This elegant wine has been produced from Sauvignon Blanc blended with Semillon fruit from one of the best estates in WA. This stunning wine is the result of a cool dry vintage and careful wine making. It was cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve and highlight the intensity of fresh tropical and citrus fruits and fragrant herbs that are the regional signatures of these varieties.

The crisp acid finish complements the wine and makes it enjoyable with most foods. Pemberley fruit, 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillon. There was no oak used in production of this wine.

This wine shows warmer and riper fruit characters which reflect the longer growing season. A hint of cinnamon and gentle blackberry flavours layer to form a soft round mouth feel.

The palate reflects the aroma and is refined and elegant with a lingering finish. Smooth and ready now, but will develop further if cellared for 4-6 years or more. This wine has been gently matured in French oak for 12 months.

Pemberley Chardonnay

Fruit for this fine Chardonnay was selected again from the same patch of the Pemberley vineyard, recognised as one of the premier vineyard sites in Pemberton. The cool climate region of Pemberton is renowned for growing some of the most exciting Chardonnay in Western Australia.

The 2016 vintage of Pemberley Chardonnay was hand picked, whole bunch pressed and fermented with natural yeast from 163-year-old cellars.

The wine was fermented in new and seasoned French Oak barriques. Combined with regular yeast lees stirring, the wine developed great complexity and a creamy palate.

The wine was handled minimally and was bottled in December 2015.

The 2016 Pemberley Chardonnay displays all the flavours, quality and complexity one would associate with one of the best Chardonnays from Pemberton.

The wine displays white peach, melon and subtle French Oak characters on the nose. The palate is rich, full flavoured, has wonderful texture and complexity with a long crisp finish.

Pemberley Pinot Noir

The 2014 Pinot Noir has been crafted from flavourful grapes and is a wine that illustrates the unique varietal and regional characters of Pemberton Pinot Noir. The aroma displays ripe strawberries and hints of cloves, enhanced by fine oak characters. The palate is soft and elegant with ripe fruity characters and fine grained tannins.

“This Pinot Noir given careful cellaring, over the next 4 to 5 years, will continue to improve, displaying more vibrant flavours and soft tannins.

Pemberley Sauvignon Blanc

Fruit for this expressive Sauvignon Blanc is grown our Pemberley vineyard in the spectacular Pemberton Wine Region, a cool climate area renowned for growing some of the most expressive Sauvignon Blanc in Western Australia.

The 2015 vintage is a further development of this style of wine and has been matured on its yeast lees for 8 months.  Maturation on yeast lees gives a more textural mouth feel and adds a touch of complexity.  This technique is employed by winemakers in making Chardonnay wines and by winemakers in the French region of Sancerre, the home of Sauvignon Blanc
