This blend has been produced from Pemberley Farms Sauvignon Blanc blended with fruit grown in the Geographe region. The aroma of this wine shows lifted passionfruit, citrus and asparagus whilst the flavours are of pineapple, lime and Granny Smith apples.

The crisp acid finish compliments the wine and makes it enjoyable with most foods. 72% Sauvignon Blanc, 28% Semillon. There was no oak used in production of this wine.

This wine shows warmer and riper fruit characters which reflect the growing season. A hint of cinnamon and gentle blackberry flavours layer to form a soft round mouth feel.

The palate reflects the aroma and is refined and elegant with a lingering finish. Smooth and ready now, but will develop further if gently cellared for 4-6 years or more. This wine has been gently matured in French oak for 12 months.

Crisp, dry rose, the colour of the dawn sky, this wine is made from Pemberton Shiraz grapes and displays a light hint of the spiciness of this great variety through the blackberry aromas, and is laced with cherry crispness. This is a wine to enjoy with any summer meal or with light picnic food, early or late in the day. Serve chilled.

This is a premium cool climate Pemberton Shiraz that shows licorice and ripened plum on the nose. An elegant and complex wine that displays dark fruits, raspberry and spicy mouth feel on the palate. Oak and nutty flavours are prominent and it has developed with finesse a good intensity of fruit and shows fine grain tannins. Will cellar for 3-7 years. This wine has been matured for 12 months in French oak.

Pale straw with youthful hues, this sparkling wine is crystal clear with a fine persistent bead. The bouquet shows fresh berry fruit flavours with a slight yeasty complexity. The palate exhibits excellent mouth feel; softly textured with good fruit weight and persistent flavour. It finishes with a crisp natural acid finish.

This is a cool climate Chardonnay showing warm stonefruit aromas of peach and nectarine with subtle mineral nuances. The palate shows rich fruit with good texture supported by balanced acidity leading to a clean lingering fruit and mineral finish. This is a wine to enjoy with seafood, early or late in the day. Serve lightly chilled.

This Gold Medal winning Chardonnay was produced with estate grown, handpicked grapes, which were ripened slowly in cool climate of Pemberton. These bunches of grapes were then gently pressed and the clear crisp juice which resulted was then matured in fine French oak barrels to craft this delicate Chardonnay.

David has watched the vineyard carefully through the season as the grapes are ripening, to select the best block of fruit to be hand picked for this premium Chardonnay and he has been amply rewarded for all his effort with the awarding of a gold medal the first time the wine has been shown.

This stunning wine is fine example of the heights that can be reached with the excellent Sauvignon Blanc fruit from Pemberley of Pemberton. The strong vanilla aromas are of gooseberry, passionfruit and lemon zest and are followed by a richly flavoured lemon and limes on the palate.

Crisp acidity gives the wine length and generosity. This wine can be enjoyed on it own or will go well with seafood especially Pemberton marron warm from the pot with fresh crusty bread and béarnaise sauce.

This collection of premium aged Pemberton Shiraz that has been cellared for over five years continues to show rich plum and dark berry aromas. These are full bodied wines that display dark fruits, raspberry and spicy notes on the palate. Oak and nutty flavours are still prominent and they have developed warm mellow mouth feel with finely developed tannins.
